Minutes from 09/22/08
Over twenty three years of uncontrolled debauchery and rampant inbreeding have resulted in this brief and wholly inaccurate summary of our general meeting last Monday. I've still managed to do impressively little despite the amount of time I’ve devoted to thinking about that exceptional gathering of the minds.
We began with a stirring recapitulation of our e-board retreat from President Murray.
It was pretty much all down hill from there. Mary and Alex were planning a meeting for Wed. at 5:30. Charlie, our esteemed visual arts chair, is diving head first into the word of fashion photography with his committee. KB is planning an event for Nov. 6th?7th featuring glow sticks and punk bands. Sounds good KB-too bad about your nails on a chalkboard personality…Max need minions for the purpose of carrying food to meetings, and him, on your BACK! Mallory is planning a show with Pony Tail, best fwends and some other bands she suckered into playing in exchange for the right to deflower the whole e-board on our respective wedding nights. Raisa had a successful screening of persepolis where she apparently fed people dirt. Unspeakable tragedies have befallen the prerealease committee in recent times. We are proscribed from talking about it.
Things were voted on. They passed. Shocking.
Sooo…in closing, I’d like to thank Program Board. With our PB, I just would have been another useless alcoholic at NYU. And Allah knows we don't need any more of those.
