Civic Team Member Profile for Fall 2009

Welcome to the Civic Team! Thank you for your interest in joining one of the 20 community agency teams! Before you fill out your profile sheet, please take a few minutes to review the following Civic Team Requirements and Expectations. To continue with filling out your profile sheet, please agree to these requirements and expectations by clicking on check box below.

• All Civic Team volunteers must perform a minimum service commitment of 2 hours per week, (unless otherwise specified by the agency).
• All Civic Team volunteers must attend their agency's orientation.
• All Civic Team volunteers must sign in with the agency upon their arrival.
• All Civic Team volunteers must abide by the rules and regulations of the agency selected.
• All Civic Team volunteers must notify the primary contact person at their agency anytime they are unable to attend.
• All Civic Team volunteers must communicate any problems, concerns, and suggestions to their agency supervisor, program director, or designated NYU Civic Team Advisor.
• Do your best to participate in your team refection, education, and social activities.
• Maintain good standing with the University as a fully matriculated student.
• Abide by all Civic Team, Office of Student Activities, and New York University guidelines, procedures, and policies.
• Serve as an ambassador of the Civic Team program, the Center for Student Activities, Leadership and Service, and New York University.

 I agree to abide by the above Civic Team expectations and requirements, and I understand that if I fail to do so, I may be removed from the Civic Team.
