• Fraternity and Sorority Life Programming Guidelines - 80 Lafayette Residence Hall
  The goal of the Greek Leadership Living and Learning Community is to unite members of different Greek organizations by sharing Greek experiences with each other. This document indicates what member organizations of the living community can expect to gain as well as what they are expected to contribute.


• Lafayette Event Registration Form
  This form should be used for any program (all-hall or chapter-specific) sponsored by 1 or more fraternities or sororities in 80 Lafayette Residence Hall. If groups are co-sponsoring an event, only one form needs to be submitted; however, contact information from both groups must be listed. Please do not complete this form before securing any space in Lafayette or any desired co-sponsorship funds. Forms should be completed 72 hours before the beginning of the event.
  
• Lafayette Event Evaluation Form
  This form should be used to evaluate ALL fraternity and sorority programs held in 80 Lafayette Residence Hall. Organizations will not receive credit for their programs until this form is submitted. Complete this form no more than one week following your program.


• Lafayette Event Guest List Template
  This form is to be used in conjuction with the Lafayette Event Registration form when needed. This form can be submitted to Ashley Skipwith, Graduate Advisor, Fraternity and Sorority Life via email at ashley.skipwith@nyu.edu.
