The Club Management Initiative provides training and support to student leaders involved in university recognized clubs and organizations. Through the annual Student Leader Summits, workshops, and an on-line resource library, the CMI gives student leaders the tools to assist them in the day-to-day management of their clubs. Participants will learn the ins and outs of planning successful events as well as gain insight into innovative approaches for marketing and promoting their club activities. They will build stronger networks with their peers, explore alternative methods for recruiting and retaining their club members, and learn how to manage their club budgets.
Club Management Initiative
